Christopher's 6th ARMY Birthday Party

My son Christopher LOVES anything Army and he wanted an "ARMY" themed party, so my husband and I put one together for him!

I made his invitations on the computer using Picasa.

When the kids arrived they received an Army mask to wear.

My husband made an obstacle course in our backyard.  After doing a warm up exercise with Sergeant Dan (My Husband) The kids had to complete a course that involved jumping through hoops (garden hose), climbing through a tunnel, climbing through crazy wire (string), climbing up and over a wall, walking across a beam, climbing up on a post then taking a ride in the tire swing :)

After the Course the kids took a ride on our zipline~

We served hot dogs, nachos & cheese, fruit, chips & dip,  preztels,  celery & ranch, candy, cupcakes, water, juice & soda.

I used brown paper bags for the "goodie bags" and printed out the number 6 that I glued to each bag.  I also attached a note that thanked them for coming to his party.  The kids filled their bags with the candy from the dessert table.

After Christopher opened his gifts we had a surprise for all the kids!  My husband made Marshmallows shooters for each child to take home.  He made them using PCP and spray paint.  Each child received one along with a bag of mini marshmallows and they had a marshmallow fight :)

The kids had a Blast!! The party was a Success and the Birthday boy was Happy :)
